Introduction:

Zydh can separate rapid succession of solid liquid and liquid liquid ,which is a kind of vertical centrifuge. A rotary drum is install in the upper

end of vertical shaft, the driving device driven by a motor to rotate at high speed. Drum have a set of a butterfly shaped parts mutually

overlapped together. Have a very small space left between the disc and disc. Suspension pour into drum by feeding tube which is located center

of the drum.When the slurry flows past the clearance between the disc, solid particles in centrifuge sinking to the sediment is formed on the disc.

Sediment falls of the disc along the sliding surface of the disc and accumulate in the drum at the largest diameter. The separation of the

liquid exhaust drum from the liquid outlet .The function of the disc is to short the distance between the settlement of solid particles or liquid

droplets and to expand the area of settlement of the drum.Because the installation disc in the drum and greatly improves the separators’

production capacity.

Working Principle:

Disc centrifuge the bowl will be driven by the main motor by the friction clutch and screw gear pair to rotate highly around the main shaft. Stock

liquid flows from the center charging inlet on the top to the bottom through the charging pipe. And then passes through disc seats to the bowl's

space. The bigger gravity solid phase particles in the stock liquid is settled down to the bowl's wall by the centrifugal force and then under the

control of the side bowl drained out of the residue outlet but liquid phase is fully settled down to the bowl wall by the centrifugal force field and

then under the control of the side bowl it is drained out of the residue outlet but liquid phase is fully settled down to the center along the discs to

drain out by the centripetal pump.
