Descripition:
We supply complete power plants based on HFO and/or Diesel fuel
worldwide,using either low or middle speed (less than 1000rpm)
gensets,These power plants are for baseload,peak shaving or
standalone application,ranging from few megawatts to hundreds power

supply HFO or dual oil (Fo and crude oil) as fuel to generate the
electric power station.
KYDH series separator is mainly applied in the purification and
clarification of the diesel, light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and
other mineral oil, to
remove the water, moisture, mechanical impurities and some harmful
substances of the oil. This model is automatic slag type, high
separation
efficiency, no need to disassemble to slag. It can be automatic
controlled according to requirement which greatly reduce the labor
intensity of the
operating. This machine by the accurate calibration balancing,
little vibration, can be long-running and operated safety and
reliable.
The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high
efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation and economic
maintenance cost.
The clear oil and dirty water are pumped out by centripetal pump,
the sludge is discharged automatically and fully.
The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed, After
accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time with low
vibration, safety and security.
The design, product and acceptance are conformed to the standard of
GB/T5745 “Marine Disc Separator”.
Our waste oil separators are used in inland rivers, offshore and
ocean shipping have achieved ISO and CCS approval certificate,
and the products used in fishing boats also passed the fishery
inspection. we have exported to the Mauritius which is used to
separate the waste
oil in ship.
Working principle:
Disc centrifuge is a centrifugal separator which can separate solid
matter from two kinds of different density liquids on a continuous
basis and also
to separate two liquids simultaneously. By reducing process cycle
time and labor requirements, these separators offer high cost
efficiency in liquid
clarification and reclamation, solid-liquid separation and its
classification, recovery and thickening of solids and in other such
processes.
